Accessibility statement

We want everyone recovering with Signature Clinic to be able to use this aftercare portal, whatever their device or needs.

What we do

• We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• The portal works with a keyboard and with screen readers.
• Text, buttons and links are designed for readable colour contrast.
• The layout adapts to phones, tablets and computers.
• We respect your device's reduced-motion setting.

Where we fall short right now

Our aftercare videos do not yet have captions or written transcripts, so they are not currently usable if you are deaf or hard of hearing. We are sorry — this is being worked on. In the meantime, please email us and we will send you a written version of anything you need.
